摘要
简介了高新技术纤维材料的分类和特性,简析了各种职业场合对人员的伤害因素,重点阐述了高新技术纤维材料在个体防护装备领域各种的应用,如防弹、纺刺、防切割、防坠落、阻燃、电磁屏蔽、防化、抗菌防臭、保暖等方面。并对高新技术纤维材料发展作了展望,指出应重点发展低价位高性能本质阻燃纤维、智能保温的相变蓄热纤维、导电纤维、离子交换纤维、活性碳纤维等高新技术纤维材料,以满足现代个体装备领域的市场需求。
This paper indicates the categories and characters ofhigh-tech fibers, as well as the hazard factors to human in various industries. The utilizations of high-tech fibers in the personal protective equipment are elaborated, including bulletproof, stab- and cut-resistance, falling protection, fire retardancy, electromagnetic shielding, antibiotic, comfort, etc. As a comment on the prospect of high-tech fibers, the author points out that the R & D of the high-tech fibers should be focused on the high effective/cost fibers for applications in bulletproof and fire retardant products, heat storage by phase transformation, el-conductors and ion exchange, and CF composites.
