摘要
介绍芳砜纶的物化性能、制造工艺、发展概况、应用领域及市场前景方面的一些情况,芳砜纶是我国自行研究开发的芳香族聚酰胺类有机耐高温纤维,纤维强度为3.1～4.4 cN/dtex、断后延长率20%～25%、初始模量为7.45 GPa、密度为1.416 g/cm3。由于具有各种优异的物化性能,芳砜纶在国防军工和现代工业上有着重要的用途,是我国急需的高科技纤维品种。并对目前国内芳砜纶的发展提出了一些建议。
Polysulphonamide fiber that belongs to the para-position fragrant black silk ribbon series is an aromatic polysulphonamide organic thermo-stable fiber researched and developed based on the Chinese owned technique. The fiber is evaluated to have the properties, strength： 3.1 -4.4 cN/dtex, elongation ratio： 20 % N 25 %, initial modules： 7.45 GPa, density： 1.416 g/cm3. Because of its outstanding properties, the polysulphonamide fiber obtains important application in both military and modem civil industries and, becomes one of the high-tech textiles urgent needed by the domestic industries. The article also offers proposals for the current development of the polysul- phonamide fiber industry.
