摘要
良好的师德是教好书、育好人的重要前提。通过对高校师德建设中若干理论问题进行有益的探讨,以及对高校师德建设基本状况及存在问题的探析,就如何进一步加强和改进高校师德建设进行了对策性的思考。
After discussing several theoritical problems of college teachers＇ virtue construction, the another analyzes its fundamental situation and problems. The countermeasures are taken to strengthen and improve this construction.
