摘要
提升核心竞争力已成为高校发展过程中具有战略意义的一项抉择。文章通过分析以知识为基础的大学核心竞争力及知识管理与大学核心竞争力的内在关联等,提出知识管理提升高校核心竞争力的策略。
Enhancing core competence of universities has strategic significance for its development. Kvowledge is the essential character of core competence of universities. This paper discusses the inner relations between knowledge management and core competence of universities and puts forward measures of enhamcing the competence by using knowledge management.
