摘要
从１９８０年以来采用窥镜尿道内切开及瘢痕切除治疗各型尿道狭窄２８０例。２１６例恢复尿道连续性，５６例需再次腔内技术处理，８例完全失败。就手术方法，指征选择。
Endourethral manipulation was carried out since 1986 for 280 cases of urethral stricture. 216 cases were cured of the disease instantly while 56 needed retreatment and failure occurred in 8. Indications for endourethral procedures and the prevention of restricture were discussed.
