联合膀胱切开的耻骨后保留尿道粘膜前列腺切除术(附62例报告)

Retrosymphysial prostatectomy in conjunction with cystotomy

改良Ｍａｄｉｇａｎ术式，采用联合膀胱切开的耻骨后保留尿道粘膜前列腺切除术的方法治疗６２例前列腺增生症患者。其中５１例获随访，最长时间达３６个月。结果显示本改良术式保留了Ｍａｄｉｇａｎ术式术后出血少、恢复快的特点，同时又能处理膀胱内的病变，中叶增生的患者同样获满意疗效，进一步扩大了Ｍａｄｉｇａｎ术式的适应证。

Retrosymphysial urethral mucosa preserving prostatectomy in conjunction with cystotomy has been carried out for 62 cases of BPH. 51 of them have been followed up, the longest being 36 months. The procedure preserves the benefits of Madigan operation, less bleeding and quicker recovery, and can also deal with any intracystic lesions at the same time. Satisfactory result has also been achieved with middle lobe hyperplasia.
