摘要 在全面建设小康社会,构建社会主义和谐社会的时代背景下,广大人民对政府执政能力的要求不断提高。公务员队伍的工作能力和工作态度直接决定政府机关工作的质量和效率,关系到各级政府的执政水平和行政管理能力。网上调查指出,公务员是存在职业倦怠情绪最高的群体之一。公务员的职业倦怠问题直接影响到公务员的工作态度、工作效率和工作质量,公务员职业倦态问题研究具有十分重要的意义。 In the background of building a well - off and a socialist harmonious society, the majority of me people demand more on the government' s ruling ability. The civil service ability and the attitude to work directly determine the government' s work quality and efficiency, and they are related to the governance and administrative capacity at all levels. An on - line survey shows that civil servant group is one of those who suffer from the highest emotional burnout. Burnout issue of civil servants will have a direct impact on the attitude of civil servants, efficiency and quality of work. Therefore, civil servants tired - state study is of great significance.
