21世纪是知识经济时代,人才已成为企业发展最重要的战略资源。大学毕业生作为知识型青年人才,是构筑企业人才工程的生力军。如何培养使用好大学毕业生,是企业人才工作面临的重要任务。本文从企业大学毕业生成才自身需具备的四个主要因素谈起,深刻分析了大学毕业生成才过程中存在的主要问题和客观原因,并从成才的要素构成探讨了大学毕业生培养模式。
The 21 st century is the era of knowledge economy, so human resources development has become the most important strategic resource. As knowledge - based young people, university graduates are the new force to build entrepreneurs project. How to cultivate university graduates is an important task for the business professional work. Based on the four main factors that university graduates should have in enterprises, this article offers an in - depth analysis of the main problems and objective reasons that university graduates should realize in the process of becoming qualified personnel and it also discusses the elements of the training model of university graduates.
