摘要
为了解决传统开关线型移相器存在相移越大,频带内相移偏差量也越大的问题,采用谢夫曼开关线型移相器对传统开关线型移相器进行改良。介绍了谢夫曼开关线型移相器在Ka频段实现90°和180°大相移量的原理和关键技术,使用ADS仿真软件进行建模仿真。仿真结果满足在频带内驻波比小于1.3,移相精度在3°以内,验证了该方案的可行性。
A method of designing a large phase shift circuit in millimeter wave is presented. For traditional switched-line phase shifter at low frequency, the more the shifted phase, the more the phase offsets. Two-cell circuits are designed, then simulated including both 90° and 180° using the Schiffman switched-line phase shifter. Finally, a Ka-band PIN diode phase shifter is simulated, which exhibits good microwave performance. The phase shift accuracy is 3° while the VSWR is less than 1.3. It is shown that the switched-line-type is more efficient for the phase control method.
