摘要
随着国内大型勘察设计企业向工程公司的转型,基于国内国际市场视野的多项目立体化、动态化、集成化管理,企业资源效果与能力建设、运营控制与发展决策等诸多方面迫切要求提升企业统计管理价值,满足企业发展需要。本文从西北院近年来转型发展过程中的统计管理体系的整合、重建的实际情况出发,对设计企业向工程公司转型背景下的统计管理体系的理念、指标、职能、流程等重新构建作了些探讨。
Along the structural transformation of domestic Large enterprises from survey and design company to the Engineering Consultation Company, and domestic and international market based on vision of the project three-dimensional, dynamic and integrated management, having many facets are pressing for value of enterprise statistical management to be updated including the effect of the enterprises resource and capacity, the application of the business operating control and development decision making, and so on, with which to meet the needs of enterprise development. This article mainly discusses by proceeding from the realities in the integrating and re-structuring the statistical management system during switching and developing of the North west electric power design institute; meantime, it also examines re-establishing the philosophy, indicator, function and execution path of a statistical management system setting in transition of the Electric Power Design Institute for the Engineering Consultation Company.
