电力设计市场经过三十余年的发展,已经完成了任务承揽由计划经济的指令型逐步向市场经济的竞争型转变。区域市场保护壁垒逐渐被打破,与此同时,市场全球化的大环境下,营销环境更是发生了巨大变化。将数据库营销引入电力设计企业的市场开发,将客户和信息资源有效的整合利用,是电力设计企业与时俱进的创新发展,有利于企业提高客户的忠诚度,维持并扩大现在的市场份额。本文着重介绍数据库营销的发展以及在电力市场开发中的实际应用。
After the development of three decades, electric power design market has been gradually converted from mandatory style of planned economy to competitive style of market economy in contract. Protection barriers in regional markets have been gradually breached. Meanwhile, under the background of market globalization, marketing en- vironment has encountered a great change. Introduction of database marketing to market development of electric pow- er design enterprises to effectively integrate and utilize resource of customer and information is an up-to-date innova- tive development of electric power design enterprises and helpful to improve loyalty of customers, maintain and ex- pand current market share. This paper emphatically introduces development of database marketing and its practical application in development of electric power markets.
