全膝关节置换术并发症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Complication of Total Knee Replacement

目的分析全膝关节置换术并发症的发生及其原因。方法通过2000年6月-2007年12月48例(52膝)全膝置换完整病例进行回顾性研究。结果术后随访1～8年,出现并发症共8例,其中包括:手术切口愈合不良2例,切口感染2例,下肢深静脉血栓1例,腓总神经损伤1例,假体松动1例,关节僵直1例。结论术前关节功能的评估、假体选择,术中切骨量、软组织平衡等的准确把握,是预防人工膝关节置换术后并发症发生的重要手段。

Objective To analyze the cause of complication of total knee replacement （TKR）. Methods From June 2000 to December 2007,48 patients （52 cases） underwent to total knee replacement were reviewed. Results All postoperative cases were followed up for 1 to 8 years. There were 8 complications of 52 cases： 2 surgical incision healing badly;2 infection of incision and joint ; 1 stiffness of joint ; 1 prosthesis loosen ; 1 peroneal nerve injured and 2 thrombosis of deep vein of lower limb postoperative. Conclusion Not only assessment of function of joint and selection of prothesis preoperative but also correct excision of bone amounts, and the balance of soft tissue intraoperative are of most importance to prevent complications of TKR.
