苯扎溴铵消毒湿巾杀菌效果与毒性实验研究

Experimental Study on Germicidal Efficacy and Toxicity of Benzalkonium Bromid Disinfection Wet Tissue

目的了解苯扎溴铵消毒湿巾的杀菌效果和毒性。方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)有关要求,对苯扎溴铵消毒湿巾有效成分含量、杀菌效果及毒性进行检测评价。结果经检测,该消毒湿巾苯扎溴铵含量为3.60g/L,经37℃90d存放后,苯扎溴铵含量为3.49g/L,下降率为3.05%,有效期可定为两年;该样品pH值为5.90;微生物污染检验均符合要求;消毒湿巾样片对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌作用2min,平均杀灭率为别为99.12%、99.32%、98.53%,作用5min、10min、20min,平均杀灭率均为100%;消毒湿巾样片对实验动物一次完整皮肤刺激试验属无刺激性;消毒湿巾样片对实验动物未见皮肤变态反应。结论该苯扎溴铵消毒湿巾杀灭微生物效果良好,各项毒性试验都符合要求,安全无毒。

Objective To explore the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of benzalkonium bromid disinfection wet tissue. Methods Examination and evaluation were conducted on the content of effective component, germicidal efficacy, and toxicity according to ＂Technical Standard For Disinfection （2002） ＂. Results The benzalkonium bromid content in disinfection wet tissue was 3.60g/L, after stored at 37℃ for 90 days, the content of the benzalkonium bromid was 3.49g/L and decreased by 3. 05%, its expiration date is 2 years, pH is 5.90. The microbiological contamination tests are in line with requirements. The results showed that the disinfection wet tissue sample with a 2 min contact time killed 99.12% of Staphylococcus aureus, 99.32% of Escherichia coli and 98.53% of Candida albicans respectively, with a 5 rain, lOmin and 20 min contact time, the average killing rate was 100%. In animal tests, the dermal irritation test with the disinfection wet tissue sample was not irritation, and the skin sensitisation test with the disinfection wet tissue sample had not sensiting effect. Conclusion Benzalkonium bromid disinfection wet tissue has good germicidal efficacy and safety, The toxicity tests meet the requirements.
