白三烯受体拮抗剂在支气管哮喘中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨白三烯受体拮抗剂(顺尔宁)治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法2006年8月-2007年2月支气管哮喘患者96例随机分为常规治疗组48例及顺尔宁组48例。常规治疗组给予多索茶碱0.2g/d静脉注射,加用舒利迭50μg/250μg,2次/d吸入,顺尔宁治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用顺尔宁10mg,1次/d,睡前口服,疗程3周的临床资料进行总结分析。结果顺尔宁组及常规治疗组治疗前后临床症状评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组FEV1占预计值的百分比治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺尔宁依从性好,减少糖皮质激素的使用量,较好控制哮喘的急性发作。
