高职学生军事素质拓展训练的实践与思考——以宁波职业技术学院为例

Reflection on Quality Education to Vocational College Students by military and outward Training

我院对军训工作不断创新,始终贯穿着两条主线,一是对学生强调军营的环境和氛围;二是用成功学和心理学的方法对学生素质训练的全程进行激励和引导。把军训工作打造成学生思想教育的平台,军事理论教育平台,军事才能训练平台,综合素质拓展平台。

Our school has made constant innovations to the students＇military wain ing which is based on two principles of emphasizing students＇adaptation to the condition and atmosphere of military traning and guiding them through the whole process with science of success and psychology to make full use of the training as a platform to promote military theoretical education, military skill training and students＇comprehensive qualities.
