The development of economy is accompanied with environmental crime. Along with the development of market economy ,the degeneration of human ecological environment becomes more serious, and the environmental crime has been a hot issue in society. Under the conditions of present market economy,analyzing the phenomena of the environmental crime and discussing its causes and advancing the prevention measures is significant for us to develop market economy.
