摘要
介绍了抽样调查的基本原理和方法,分析了抽样调查同文献信息流研究的关系以及两者相结合的必要性和历史基础,提出运用抽样调查研究文献信息流的简便易行的操作技术。
The basic principle and method of sampling investigation is introduced, the relations between sampling investigation and refrence information stream are analyzed,and a technique to study refrence information stream by sampling investigation is put forward.
