摘要
目的:调查并分析临床护士在口头交接班的过程中存在的问题。方法:采用现场考核法,对27个科室313名参加早交班的护理人员进行考核,考核且分析护理人员在口头早交班的礼仪、交班流程、交班内容等方面的环节质量。结果:在交班礼仪、交班流程、交班内容使用百分率分析,存在问题较明显环节为交班团队的位置分配、交班前的病房巡视、重病人主要护理诊断/问题及措施的描述;在资浅护士与资深护士交班项目质量综合评价比较上,两组存在明显差异(x2=15.27,P<0.01)。结论:本结果表明目前临床护士在口头交接班的工作环节上存在待规范的诸多问题,揭示了对资浅护士进行早交班培训的必要性。
Objective: Investigation and analysis on the oral morning shift meeting quality of clinical nurses. Methods: Use of on-site assessment on the 313 nursing staff un 27departments participating in morning shift, from the perspective of the etiquette, process and contents. Results: there is the more obvious problem in the shift location, the pre-shift inspection, the main description on nursing diagnosis / problem and measures about serious cases ; comparing the junior nurses with senior nurses, there is an obvious difference between the two groups (x^2= 15.27, p〈0.01 )in the comprehensive quality of oral morning shift. Conclusion: The results showed that it is necessary to provide training for the junior nurses on the oral morning shift skills.
