对新上岗护士实行分类培养的思考和实践

摘要 目的:探讨不同类型和层次新上岗护士的培训方法。方法:针对新护士不同教育程度、工作背景和不同的心理素质类型,针对性地采取不同培训方式进行培养,建立《护士成长手册》,搭建了新上岗护士护士自我学习、自我完善,自觉管理、自主发展和自我实现的平台。结果:促进新上岗护士适应岗位要求,树立良好的职业品质,培养规范的职业能力,促进护士岗位成才,提高了护理队伍素质。结论:对新上岗护士进行分类培养,调动了每个人的积极性,发挥了年轻护士的潜能,有利于新护士规划职业发展前景,为护士成长构建了成就事业的良好氛围,从而达到用好每一位护士,服务好每一位病人的目的。 Objective: To study training methods of new nurse in various types and levels. Methods: Different training method should be applied to the new nurses on the basis of their educational background, working experience and psychological qualities. Nurses Development Manual should be kept and a stage for the new nurses' self-study, self-perfection, self-administration, self-development and self-fulfillment should be set up. Result :enable the new nurses to quickly adjust themselves to the post, help build fine professional qualities, cultivate standardized vocational capabilities, facilitate the new nurses' growth into talents and improve the overall quality of the nurse professionals. Conclusion: classified training to the new nurses can keep everyone motivated, and tap young nurses' potential, which is advantageous for new nurses to map out career prospects, and create a favorable environment for nurses' successful development. Therefore every nurse can be fully unitized for the best service for every patient.
