电影产业化发展需要影视人才来支撑。尽管云南民族电影产业的发展在全国电影行业别具一格,但是由于影视教育落后于蓬勃发展的影视产业,影视人才难以满足影视产业的发展需要,云南民族电影产业在发展过程中也就难以突破经济实力、技术等的严重制约。欲发展民族影视产业,云南民族影视教育更应该把培养对象放到少数民族身上,以少数民族的学生为培养重点。

The industrial development of the film is based on the film - television talents. Though the development of the Yunnan minority nationality＇s film -television differs from the nationwide film industry, because the film- television education lags behind the vigorous film- television industry, because the film- television talents are hard to meet the development need of the film- television industry, thus the Yunnan minority nationality＇s film industry is also hard to break through the serious restraint of the economy power, technology during the development course of the Yunnan minority nationality＇s film. For the development of the minority nationality＇s film- television industry, the Yunnan minority nationality＇s film- television edu- cation should even more take the minority nationality as the train objective and the students of the minority nationality as the train stress. The minority nationality＇s film- television education ought to be the talent source of the Yunnan minority nationality＇s film industry and to be the centre of resistance that the Yunnan minority nationality＇s film industry realizes the crossing- style and sustainable development.
