高等艺术院校拥有丰富的文化艺术成果和知识产权,但对知识产权的保护处于滞后的状态。本文从思想理论建设、内涵建设、机制建设等方面对构建知识产权保护的体系进行了一些思考。

There are abundant cultural and artistic achievements and intellectual property in Arts colleges. But the protection of intellectual property in Art colleges has been lagging behind other universities today. This paper discusses to establish the protection system from ideological and theoretical building, connotation building and mechanism building.
