针对烧结机单辊溜槽的刮料块和挡料块易受冲刷频繁损坏的问题，对其结构和材料进行了改进，使得烧结机作业率提高2．5％。
The construction and material of single-roll chute of sinter machine were improved based on the scalper and the retaining plate worn out frequently. The sinter-machine operating rate was increased by 2.5%.
