摘要
人类学是以研究文化现象为主的一门学科,如果将法律作为一种文化现象来看待,那么法律人类学的出现就成为必然。人类学有其特殊的研究方法,特别是它的田野调查法对法律现象的探讨帮助是很大的。法律人类学关注法律文化制度为我们研究法律的文化形态打开了方便之门。
Anthropology is a subject focusing on culture phenomena. The emergence of legal anthropology is not at all surprising ff the law is viewed as one of the cultural phenomena. Anthropology has its unique study methods, among which the field research is of great help to the research of legal phenomena. Legal anthropology provides us a new approach to study the cultural forms of jurisprudenee.
