中国广播电视大学数字图书馆联盟运作与管理机制研究

Study on the Digital Library Consortium Operation Mechanism of the Radio & TV University of China

在网络环境下数字图书馆联盟只有开展促进成员馆信息、服务、技术和效益最佳整合的合作活动,才能调动相关图书馆参与的积极性,联盟实体也才能生存和发展下去。本文通过对中国广播电视大学数字图书馆联盟运行客观环境分析,认为在中国广播电视大学集教育管理与教学组织于一体的独特系统中合作开展数字信息资源建设与服务必须首先确立其目标、内容和合作形式,进而创建合理的机制。

The paper argues that the good cooperation among the member libraries in the process of integrating information, service, technology and efficiency in a digital library consortium can enhance the participation of its members and promote the sound development of the consortium. The paper puts forward some cooperative targets and items on cooperation in digital informa- tion resource construction and service supply, as well as operation and management mechanism in terms of organization guarantee, fund guarantee, sustainable development, interest balance, incentive, behavior restriction, technical realization and cost - effectiveness evaluation within the digital library consortium of Radio ＆ TV University of China.
