摘要
随着SA8000的出台及发达国家施加压力,国内企业"强资本弱劳工"的不对称格局越发显露,很多企业不得不正视各种劳工问题。要彻底解决企业劳工问题,就要对企业劳工状况有清醒认识和合理评价。企业劳工状况存在诸多模糊因素,如"童工"现象、强迫劳动、结社自由与集体谈判权利等,这些定性指标加大了劳工状况评价的模糊性,模糊综合评价能够对问题中的模糊因素进行评价,此模型使用简单且效果良好。
With the appearance of SA8000 and the growing pressure from developed countries, the asymmetric pattern of "strong capital vs. weak labor" in domestic enterprises is being increasingly exposed, and many enterprises have to face labor problems. To settle these problems thoroughly, we first understand clearly and assess reasonably labor conditions. There are many fuzzy factors about labor conditions, like "the child labor", the forced work, the freedom of association and the collective negotiation right and so on. These qualitative indices enlarge the fuzziness of appraising labor conditions, and fuzzy comprehensive assessment can solve this problem.
