中国应急志愿者队伍建设初探

The Elementary Study on the Construction of Chinese Emergency Volunteers

应急志愿者作为紧急状态下专业应急救援力量的补充,发挥着非常重要的作用。但是目前我国的应急志愿者队伍还存在着许多问题。为了解决这些问题,应该从招募、认定、培训、监督与评价、处理自发志愿者、管理志愿者压力等方面来建设应急志愿者队伍。在此过程中,政府应该发挥推动、引导、支持等作用。

As the supplement of professional emergency rescue people in the emergency state, emer - gency volunteers play a very important role. But emergency volunteers in our country exist many problems at present. To solve these problems, we should build emergency volunteers by recruiting, examining, training, supervision and evaluation, dealing with spontaneous volunteers, managing volunteer stress, and so on. During this process, the government should promote, guide and support emer - gency volunteers.
