子弹撞击T型杆端面处的应力波传播和数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 基于实验结果,提出子弹在撞击墩子端面处的瞬间,T型杆的连接端面处满足应变相容关系的假定,基于此,应用应力波在端面处的传播性质,通过理论分析解释了实测的应力波波形前后不一致现象,并给出了解决方案。使用ANSYS-LSDYNA有限元程序数值模拟了子弹撞击端面的过程,模拟的端面应力波幅值和实验实测幅值吻合,同时证实了假定的合理性和解决方案的可行性,并进一步得出应力波幅值和子弹的速度和横截面积呈线性关系。 Based on the experiment result, the supposition was proposed that the strain at the end of Ttype bar impacted by bullet satisfies coordinative relations. Using the supposition and the relation of propagation of stress, the variance of the stress wave shape can be explained and the solution also given. The process of propagation of stress at end of T-type bar impacted by bullet was simulated by using ANSYS-LSDYNA. The numeric simulation results of amplitude of stress at end of T-type bar were in good agreement with the experimental results, and the rationality of the supposition and feasibility of the solution were validated. The relations of the amplitude of stress wave with the velocity of bullet and cross sectional area of the bullet were approximately linear.
