小鼠自然老化过程中耳蜗的糖代谢障碍 被引量:4

摘要 应用定量组织化学技术分析了CBA和C57BL小鼠耳蜗中糖元代谢的改变,发现18个月和36个月龄CBA小鼠的毛细胞(HC)和血管纹(SV)中,糖元含量比6周龄CBA正常小鼠明显增高,说明在自然老化CBA小鼠耳蜗中存在糖元储积现象。6周龄C57BL小鼠SV中糖元含量也比6周龄CBA正常小鼠高,但HC中糖元含量在两种小鼠无差异。提示耳蜗糖代谢的改变在自然老化型CBA小鼠不同于耳蜗遗传缺陷型C57BL小鼠。 CBA/Caj mice and C57BL/6Nsd mice (animal models widely used for study of presbycusis) were used to study glycogen metabolic changes in the aging cochlea by a quantitative analysis of histochemistry. Glycogen contents in both hair cells and stria vacularis were significantly increased in CBA aged mice (18 and 36 months) as compared with those in CBA young animals (6 weeks), indicating a glycogenosis in the cochlea within naturally aging CBA mice. The glycogen contents in the stria vascularis in C57BL mice (6 weeks) was higher than in CBA (6weeks) mice, whereas no significant difference could be discerned in the hair cell glycogen level.The results suggest that the glycogen metabolic changes in the CBA mice, a model of the natural aging cochlea, were different from in the C57 mice, a model of the cochlear genetic defect.
