Depending on scientific innovation is an important mean to facilitate the stable development of agriculture and animal husbandry economy in Gannan Tibetan prefecture. The number, quality and scientific activities of agriculture and animal husbandry talents determines the agriculture and animal husbandry development and innovation. Analyzing the experience of agricultural and husbandry talents development, finding the problems existing in this area and proposing some concrete strategies for this issue will have strategic meaning in improving the sustainable development of economy as well as talents in Gannan Tibetan prefecture.
