摘要
采用改进分析型嵌入原子模型(MAEAM)理论,考虑非简谐效应,研究了BCC结构金属Fe的体弹性模量随压强的变化规律,其结果与实验数据吻合得较好,并与其它理论研究进行了比较。研究结果表明,考虑非简谐效应后,MAEAM模型理论能很好地描述BCC结构金属Fe的体弹性模量随压强的变化关系。
Combining the anharmonic effect and the modified analytic embedded atom method (MAEAM), pressure dependence of the bulk modulus of BCC Fe metal is studied. The result is in good agreement with experimental data and other theoretical results. This outcome indicates that the pressure dependence of the bulk modulus of BCC Fe metal can be academically studied by the MAEAM method combining the anharmonic effect.
