模架库CAD系统跨零件建模技术研究

摘要 比较了几种浇口套特征造型技术,提出基于虚零件的跨零件特征造型方法,建立相关数学模型。通过浇口套与虚零件的布尔运算对浇口套实体模型做局部修改,将装配和建模融于一体,提高了建立模架CAD系统的效率。跨零件建模技术能保持零件的相关性,并且通过虚零件方便地封装知识,实现知识辅助设计。 The virtual-part-based interpart feature modeling method and its mathematical representations were proposed in this paper through comparison of different modeling methods on sprue bush. Local modification of the solid model of base parts was done by Boolean operation between base parts and the virtual part. Assembling and part modeling were conducted simultaneously. So it greatly increases modeling efficiency of mold base CAD system, assures interpart association, and aids the design though knowledge conveniently encapsulated in the virtual part.
