摘要
借鉴相关的教学研究,结合多年的教学实践,运用排球技术动作原理分析上手传球的易犯错误及成因;研究制定纠错的措施、手段与方法,为提高排球上手传球教学质量提供一定的参考依据。
Use the relevant teaching and research for reference, with years of teaching practice, using volleyball action principle analysis the overarm pass mistakes and the causes; develop correction measures, provide some references for improving the quality of overarm pass teaching.
