摘要
废旧塑料回收加工过程产生大量废水,其中SS、COD、BOD5浓度均较高,但沉降性和可生化性较好,可以采用混凝沉淀及曝气生物滤池工艺处理,混凝剂PAC投量为200mg/L,设计负荷为2.5kgBOD5/(m3滤料·d)。运行结果表明,该处理工艺具有占地少、效率高、启动快、投资省、能耗低、运行管理方便等特点,在不加混凝剂的情况下出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准,加混凝剂后出水各项指标达到《生活杂用水水质标准》(CJ25.1-89)。
A large amount of wastewater is produced during waste plastics processing. The SS, COD and BOD5concentrations in the wastewater are higher, but its settle ability and biodegradability are good. The coagulating sedimentation/biological aerated filter process is used to treat this kind of wastewater. PAC dosage is200mg/L, design load is2.5 kgBOD5/(m^3filteringmediumd). The running result shows that this process has the characteristics of small land area occupied, high efficiency, rapid start-up, small investment low energy consumption, convenient operation manage ment etc. The effluent quality can meet the first class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978- 1996) when coagulant is not added, and if coagulant is used, all indexes in the effluent can meet the requirements of Miscel laneous Domestic Wastewater Quality Standard (CJ 25.1-1989).
