摘要
5-硝基-2-氨基苯酚重氮化后,分别与1-萘酚-4-磺酸和2-萘酚偶合,得到偶氮物Ⅰ和偶氮物Ⅱ;偶氮物Ⅰ和氧化铬铬化反应得到络合物III;络合物III再与偶氮物Ⅱ在碱性条件下反应得到蓝色不对称金属络合染料(酸性蓝S-G)。本文介绍了该染料的化学结构及合成方法。
The preparation of the Acid Blue S--G is as follows: after the diazotization of 5 nitrophenol 2 amino phenol, the product is coupled with 1 naphthol 4 sulfonic acid and 2 naphthol to get azo compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Azo compound Ⅰ reacted with chromium trioxide to obtain complex compound Ⅲ. Finally the asymmetric metalline dyestuff, namely Acid Blue S-G was obtained by the reaction of compound Ⅲ and compound Ⅱ under the alkalic condition. The molecular structure and synthetic method of the dyestuff was introduced in this paper.
