摘要
为减少脱毛工序的污染,研究用硫氢化钠辅助2709酶进行山羊皮酶脱毛的工艺试验,对酶脱毛的方式及酶脱毛过程中的NaHS、酶用量等相关工艺条件进行优化,最后得到一个脱毛效果良好的工艺:0.2%NaHS辅助150u.g-12709酶进行浸酶堆置酶脱毛,与常规灰碱毁毛脱毛工艺相比,该工艺可减少脱毛废液中的S2-含量、COD及BOD5分别为89.2%、85.0%及84.8%,而成革的相关性能无明显变化,是一个行之有效的清洁脱毛工艺。
To reduce the pollution in the conventional dehairing process, the enzymatic dehairing process for goatskin with Enzyme 2709 reinforces by sulfide sodium was investigated in this paper. After the optimization of the correlative technologies relating to the quantities of Enzyme 2709 and sulfide sodium, and the dehairing ways, the betterr dehairing process was obtained as follows. In comparison with the conventional liming dehairing method, the content of S^2-, COD and BOD5 in the dehairing effluents could be decreased by 89. 2%, 85. 0% and 84. 8% respectively, if 0. 2 % of Naris was used to reinforce the enzyme unhairing ability of 150 μ·g^-1 of Enzyme 2709 in the hairing operation of enzyme soaking. However, no changes could be found in the concerned properties of the resultant leathers. In conclusion, it is an effective cleaner dehairing method.
