基于磁控形状记忆合金(MSMA)具有双向可逆性,本文提出分时控制的MSMA自感知执行器原理模型.介绍两种不同控制策略的MSMA直线执行器特点及性能;根据MSMA逆特性体现出的物理量变化,提出制作不同类型传感器方案;对影响MSMA逆特性的导磁率进行分析;阐述MSMA自感知执行器的关键技术及解决方法..
Based on magnetically shape memory alloy (MSMA) with bidirectional reversibility, a principle model is proposed for the MSMA self-sensing actuator of time-sharing control. Feature and performance of the MSMA linear actuator are introduced using two different control strategies. According to the physical parameters changes of MSMA reverse characteristics, schemes for making different type of sensors are presented. The magnetic permeability rate is analysed with effecting on MSMA reverse characteristics; Key technology and solution of the MSMA self-sensing actuator are described.
