Barrett食管癌变发病机理相关研究进展
摘要
Barrett食管是指食管下段鳞状上皮被柱状上皮所取代的一种病理现象。内镜下表现为食管下段红色的柱状上皮，伴有或无消化性溃疡或狭窄。正确区分胃食管连接线（GEJ）、鳞一柱状上皮交接线（SCJ），对内镜下识别Barrett食管非常重要。正常情况下胃食管连接线（GEJ）与鳞一柱状上皮交接线（SCJ或Z线）位于同一位置，发生Barrett食管时，SCJ（Z线）上移与GEJ分离，此时在Z线下方与GEJ间活检取材可检出化生的柱状上皮，而Z线上方取材为鳞状上皮。
