摘要
在室内采用两向选择式嗅觉仪测试了12种调味料粉末及其二氯甲烷提取物制备的琼脂凝胶对绿豆象成虫的驱避率.结果表明,天然调味料粉末中,驱避效果较好的有肉桂皮粉、芥子粉和川姜粉;经过二氯甲烷提取和琼脂包结处理之后,芥子的驱避活性基本和天然粉末一样强,而其他调味料的琼脂胶样品的驱避率和其天然粉末相比则变化较大.
The repellency percentages of 12 spices and the agaropectins from their CH2Cl2 extracts to the adults of Callosobruchus chinensis in a two-choice olfactometer were tested in the laboratory. The results showed that the powder of Cinnamomum cassia bark, Brassica nigra, and Zingiber otticinalis had relatively strong repellent effects to C. chinensis; after the processes of CH2Cl2 extraction and agaropectin embedding, the repellent effects of Brassica nigra did not decrease, while the repellency percentages of other spices exhibited great changes, as compared with the repellency percentages of the natural powder group.
