摘要
选40只小鼠随机分为4组,分别给每组小鼠注射0 g/kg、10 g/kg、25 g/kg、50 g/kg的牛初乳低相对分子质量物质10 d后,测定小鼠血液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量和胸腺组织中DNA、RNA的含量,结果发现牛初乳低相对分子质量物质可显著提高血液SOD和GSH-PX的活性,并呈剂量依赖性,显著降低小鼠血液MDA含量,且无剂量依赖性;牛初乳低相对分子质量物质可显著提高小鼠胸腺组织中DNA、RNA含量,对胸腺重量无明显影响.牛初乳低相对分子质量提取物可以提高小鼠的抗氧化能力,促进小鼠胸腺的发育.
Forty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group was respectively injected by 0 g/kg, 10 g/kg, 25 g/kg, 50 g/kg of Low Molecular Weight Bovine Colostrum Extract (LMWBCE) for ten days. The results exhibited that the activity of GSH-Px and SOD in blood of mice in treated groups significantly increased compared with control group and exhibited dose-dependent pattern. In addition, the concentration of MDA in blood of mice in treated groups significantly decreased compared with control group, and didn't exhibit dose-dependent pattern. Finally, the contention of DNA and RNA of thymus in treated mice remarkably enhanced (p 〈0.01 ) compared with control group, and had no effect on development of thymus.
