摘要
本文从大、中、小三个层次探讨了线缆业的资源循环。介绍了如何在线缆设计和制造中运用资源循环的基本原则,如何在制造过程中节约资源、利于线缆料循环使用。分析了与回收废旧通信线缆中铜线、聚乙烯护套料和PVC护套料有关的技术问题。以多晶硅和石英光纤的联动制备项目为例,说明不同产业的生产过程能够有机地组合起来.实现整个社会层次的物质流的闭环。
This paper discusses recycling of resources in communications cable industry in large, middle and small scales. How to apply the " 3R principles "(Reduction. reuse and recycling) of resource utilization in the cable design and manufacturing is presented. The cable processing technology which helps resource conservation and recycling is summarized. The technical issues concerning the recycling of copper scraps, polyethylene and PVC sheathing compounds are analyzed. Different manufacturing processes in other industries and cable industry can be combined to achieve a closed materials loop in large social-scale, which is illustrated by the combined processes to produce polycrystalline silicons and silica optical fiber preform rods.
