摘要
为了降低复方制剂的生产成本,研究了克拉维酸(CA)与阿莫西林(Amox)不同配比之复方制剂的体外抑酶率。发现当CA与Amox的比率由1变化到1/10时,其抑酶率降低较少;而当该比率由1/10变化到1/50时,抑酶率则显著降低。建议开发较低CA含量的制剂。
Clavulanic acid (CA) has shown to be an effective inhibitor of many β-lactamases. The in vitro inhibitory rates of CA in combination with amoxycillin (Amox) in different ratio were investigated. When the ratio of CA to Amox changes from 1 to 1/10, The decrease in inhibitory rate isn' t obvious but when the ratio goes from 1 /10 to 1 /50, the inhibitory rate fall off remarkably. In order to reduce production cost the compound medicine of CA and Amox with lower proportion of CA should be researched.
