磨牙牙髓治疗后纵折的保存治疗和疗效观察

An Evaluation on the Effect of Preservation of Permanent Molars with Vertical Fracture after Pulp Treatment

对270例牙髓治疗后出现纵折的恒磨牙进行修复性保存治疗，随访2年。结果：纵折前曾作根管治疗术组的患牙保存治疗成功率为91．96％，作干髓术组的患牙成功率为68．99％，经统计学处理，两组间差异非常显著（P＜0．01）。提示纵折患牙保存治疗的效果与牙折前的牙髓病治疗方法有较明显的关系。完善的根管治疗是纵折磨牙保存治疗的基本条件。

In the present study, 270 teeth with vertical fracture treated by pulp treatment in two groups were repaired. After 2 years of follow-up success rate of the preservation in group A (root canal therapy ) was 91. 96 %, and in group B (pulp mummification)was 68. 99 %. Statistical analysis revealed significant difference between groups, indicating the dependence of preservation effect of the teeth with vertical fracture on the method of pulp treatment. Complete root canal therapy is thus much preferable for reparation and preservation of permanent molars with vertical fracture.
