Performance analysis and quality assessment of sprayed organic polymer coatings on aluminum alloy profiles for architectural applications

摘要 根据历时3年多的铝型材喷涂产品性能试验,综述分析了我国铝合金建筑型材喷涂膜的性能(包括厚度,光泽度,附着性,耐沸水性,力学性能,耐盐雾腐蚀性,耐湿热性,耐溶剂性,耐候性和耐膜下丝状腐蚀性),对其质量水平和验收标准进行了介绍和评述。 The performances of sprayed coatings on AI alloy architectural profiles produced in China, including thickness, gloss, adhesion, mechanical properties as well as resistance to boiling water, salt spray corrosion, heat/humidity, solvent, weather and filiform underfilm corrosion, were reviewed and analyzed based on the results of performance tests conducted for over 3 years. The quality level and acceptance criteria were introduced and commented.
