摘要 分析了多线切割机放线系统张力锤的速度调节和张力控制的机械结构原理;针对高速运行时数字PID控制系统存在的问题,提出了一种自适应逆随动控制系统结构,该系统以主电机为参考模型,是由一个系统辨识环节和一个自适应控制器环节构成,引入虚拟模型自适应地调整控制器,使放线电机与主电机具有类似的动态特性;样机的实验结果证明了该系统的可行性;对跟随误差进行了全面的分析并提出了提高控制精度的方法. This paper analyzes the mechanical structure-principle of the speed and tension control for the tension hamper in a multi-wire saw. To improve the existing control performance of the PID controller, we propose an adaptive inverse control algorithm which takes the main motor as the reference model and consists of a system identification process and an adaptive controller process. When the multi-wire saw is in operation, the controller adaptively adjusts the speed of the supplying motor to track the output speed of the main motor. The experiment results validate the system feasibility. Analysis of the tracking error is given in-depth, and the measures for its reduction are also proposed.
