高渗氯化钠溶液对原代培养星状胶质细胞容积的影响 被引量:2

The effect of hypertonic NaCl saline on cell volume of cultured astrocytes in vitro

摘要 目的:观察原代培养妊娠大白鼠胚胎星状胶质细胞暴露于不同浓度高渗氯化钠(NaCl)溶液后的容积变化。方法:将细胞置于0.05%、0.10%和0.25%NaCl的细胞培养基混合液15分钟、60分钟至1天和7天。对照组细胞(容积作为100)置于等渗溶液中,结果:细胞置于0.05%、0.10%和0.25%NaCl的细胞培养基混合液后15分钟,其细胞容积与对照组细胞相比无明显改变。60分钟至1天后所有细胞明显萎缩。第7天各组细胞容积重新增加,基本恢复至对照组细胞容积水平。结论:星状胶质细胞暴露于高渗溶液后具有细胞容积调节功能。 Objective: Changes of cell volume in cultured astrocytes of rat embryo in vitro were observed in different concentration of hypertunic NaCl saline. Method:Astrocytes were exposured in hypertonic medium with 0.05%. 0.10% and 0.25% NaCl saline for 15 minutes. Astrocytes in control group (cell volume as 100) were exposured in isotonic medium. Result: There were no significant diffcrences(P>0.05)in cell volume between the experimental group and control group after exposured in hypertonic NaCl saline for 15 minutes. Compared with the control level,after 60 minutes and 1 day all astrocytes shrunk significantly, (P<0.05).7 days later all astrocytes swelled again and their volume were restored (P>0.05). Conclusion:Astrocytes can restore their cell volume following exposition in hypertonic saline.
