摘要
交流传动车辆上牵引逆变器及其核心模块用的检测装置对车辆维修部门而言是非常必需的。提出并设计了AC01/02型电动列车GTO(门极可关断晶闸管)牵引逆变器测试装置。本装置是在分析AC01/02型电动列车GTO牵引逆变器及其相模块特性的基础上进行设计的。研究了其设计原理和相模块结构特点及其电气性能,并用于GTO逆变器及其相模块的检测与维修。还应用高性能数字信号处理器(DSP)芯片,开发了脉宽调制(PWM)控制电路板,装置及其软件设计能够符合工程应用的需要。对目前运行的绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)牵引逆变器,同样具有重要的参考与应用价值。
The detection device, which is applied in the traction inverter and core module on AC trains, is very important and necessary for the vehicle maintenance department. This device is designed on the basis of an analysis of GTO traction inverter and the characteristic of its module on ACO1/02 train,so as to diagnose and maintain the module. This paper makes a study of the design principles and the electical characters of this devices, argues that this device is valuable for the IGBT traction inverter which is on operation now.
