分层分段微差爆破技术在竖井开挖中的应用

摘要 针对大伙房水库输水(二期)工程取水头部竖井石方爆破开挖过程中,施工环境复杂、开挖工作量大及爆破控制要求高等特点,对施工顺序、施工工艺、爆区分层、爆破参数、爆孔布置、装药结构、装药方式等参数进行了优化设计,并论证爆破安全性.采取按台阶高度分层分段多作业面同时开挖的施工方案,施工中采用深孔微差爆破技术.施工结果表明,设计方案效果佳、安全性好,可供类似工程参考. The difficulties encountered in the process of the shaft excavation of Dahuofang Reservoir Conveyance Project (second-stage), such as complex constructing environment, large-scale cubic meter of stone excavates and high demolition control request, are introduced in the paper. The blasting effect can be improved by optimizing the construction order, setting up reasonable decks and parameters, laying out perfect blast holes and explosive charging and so on. The constructing scheme, combined with multi-section excavation and differential muffling, is proved to be safe and effective, which is of benefit to the similar engineering.
