摘要
以浙江省金华市安地水库灌区为例,论证和介绍利用超短波无线通信和计算机组成灌区量水设施自动化管理系统的理论依据和内部结构,并阐释了利用这一系统对灌区水位、流量、水量进行自动精确计量,对灌区农业用水进行科学调度和优化配水,从而提高灌区现代化管理水平,提高水资源利用率,推动灌区社会经济发展的功能和效果,充分体现了现代电子技术和信息技术对水利事业发展作出的贡献.
The theoretical source and the internal structure of automation administration system of flow control facilities in irrigated area by wireless commtmication and computer are demonstrated in this essay based on the case of Andi Reservoir Irrigated Area in Jinhua, Zhejiang. Releasing an accurate computation on water level, flow rate and water volume in the irrigated area, the system is of benefit to the improvement of administration and availability in rural water supplying and dispatching to a scientific and optimizing extent.
