摘要
基于Rayleigh-Plesset单一介质可变密度混合多相流模型,利用Fluent6.2对带圆盘空化器射弹的阻力特性进行了数值研究.计算了圆盘空化器射弹的空泡形态,分析了空化器直径、空化数、射弹长径比、超空泡形态对射弹超空泡减阻特性的影响,计算了高速射弹的自然超空泡减阻率.结果表明,空化数变化对射弹的阻力特性影响不大;头部空化器直径对射弹阻力系数影响明显;在超空泡状态下,增大射弹长径比,射弹阻力系数减小;高速射弹的超空泡减阻率可达95%以上.
Based on the Rayleigh-Plesset homogeneous hypothesis and the compressible mixture multiphase model, numerical investigations of the natural supercavitation drag characteristics of a high-speed projectile with disk cavitator was performed by commercial CFD software Fluent6.2. The natural supercavitation profile of a disk cavitator was computed. The influences of disk cavitator diameter, cavitation number, the ratio of length to diameter, and supercavitation profiles on its drag reduction characteristics were analyzed. The drag reduction coefficients of high-speed supercavitation projectiles were calculated. The effect of cavitation number on drag is little; the cavitator diameter of projectile head affects drag coefficient obviously; under the conditions of supercavitation, the drag coefficient of projectile decreases while length diameter ratio increases;the drag coefficient reduction can be decreased more than 95% in supercavitation profiles.
