摘要
本实验观察了舒关冲剂对佐剂性关节炎大鼠红细胞免疫功能及ＩｇＧ的调节作用。结果表明：舒关冲剂能明显增加模型组大鼠的ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率，降低ＲＢＣＩＣ花环率，同时还能降低模型组大鼠血清ＩｇＧ的含量。
In this experiment,the regulation functions of SGCJ on the erythrocyte immunity and IgG of rats with adjuvant arthritis were observed.The results showed that SGCJ could obviously increase the rosette rate of the RBC-C3b receptor and lower the RBC-IC rosette rate in the model rats.It could also reduce the contents of IgG in the plasma of the model rats.
